Who is Sergio Pellerey: the biography

Sergio Pellerey was born in Aosta on July the 27th 1971, from a Savoy family, growing up with his mother, of French descendants, and his father of Piedmontese birth.

It is there, in the Aosta Valley’s chief town, that he obtained the diploma, following his studies up until the achievement of obtaining a degree in law from the Università Statale of Milan.

Pellerey then began his path to pursue a career as a notary, initially attending the Notary school in Rome and then pursuing his specialization in Naples. To his educational path has followed the practice, carried out at prestigious professional firms.

Sergio Pellerey’s professional and personal path has been characterized by numerous success, and just as many obstacles to overcome. What distinguishes his personality is a remarkable relational ability, combined with great motivation and the desire to always look ahead, anticipating and seizing the trends of the economic and financial scenario.

From 2002 to 2006 Pellerey lent his professionalism to the Office of the President of the Senate of the Republic.

The Manager’s true vocation, however, is corporate law, a branch of commercial law focused on governance and corporate operations, both ordinary and extraordinary in nature.

As already mentioned, Pellerey did occupy, and still does, numerous apical positions, he is currently CEO for Sharing The Future, and engaged in the prestigious European group, which operates in Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Switzerland.

Sergio Pellerey’s current tasks

Sharing The Future, which boasts Pellerey as CEO, is a group specialized not only in the offer of Strategic Advisory services, ownership reallocation, Audit&DueDiligence, Programming and control, corporate Governance&Control, but also in Merger&Acquisition and Project financing.

For the European group, Pellerey deals with the corporate reorganization and the definition of a new commercial strategy.

“It is a new challenge, both engaging and compelling, in a field which is, furthermore, very complex and attracting at the same time – observes the Manager -. Having been contacted and then commissioned by a group of such strategic importance on the European market is very gratifying to me.”

Both the multicultural team and the assignment’s international relevance, which includes activities to take place in an international ground and with a focus on the Mediterranean basin, represent a strong stimuli to Pellerey.

“Despite the constant movement between the Group’s different sites, in the cities of Sofia, Madrid, Geneva and Valletta, has been quite challenging, this new professional adventure allows me to have a supranational vision of the hydrocarbon and renewable energy sector.”

Personal Life

The beginning of Sergio Pellerey’s working days is occupied by the reading of newspapers and the communication with both national and international partners.

Furthermore, what characterizes his professional experiences and his modus operandi in general is the attention dedicated to external relations as well as the ability to cultivate relationships effectively.

Pellerey, however, confirms that not less attention is dedicated to the research of perfect balance between professional and personal life:

“I have a very intelligent wife, a privilege that allows me to best reconcile my profession with the needs relating to the personal sphere.”

Sergio Pellerey also worked as a model, a job which has been carried out during the University years, and which enabled him to be autonomous and independent, in addition to the chance to visit Europe.

The General Manager dedicates his spare time to practicing sports. Lastly, Pellerey has a quite clear and precise vision of his future:

“A decade is perhaps too early, but in the future I would like to either live in Sicily or Piedmont, producing wine and cultivating medicinal plants for different uses. I do happily see myself in this context, but I will still need to remain connected with the world, never isolated, and always trying to  always give my best.”
