Its likely you have clicked disallow or clicked off when a notification request popped up previously, in which case this button will not work. To subscribe (allow notifications) in your browser click the padlock symbol on the left of the URL box, go to notifications settings and click allow for Entrepreneur Handbook (Blue Handbook Symbol).
