Improves your Memory

When playing Sudoku, your memory, and logic, both work side-by-side. Your memory is used when you have to memorize the numbers and solve the next box. Although the numbers are written there, you still memorize the numbers that you have previously used and in this way, your memory is improved.

Reduces the chances of developing Alzheimer’s

By playing and solving Sudoku puzzles, your mind is stimulated all the time. Even when you stop the puzzle in middle for a while and restart after a while then you will have to start thinking from the start. This game improves your concentration and makes you more focus, which is also beneficial and useful for real life too.
