When you start solving Sudoku puzzles in the start, then your reaction time will be prolonged because you’re not accompanied to the game and your reaction time isn’t that much developed but once you get a hold of the game and start solving puzzles then you will see that your reaction time improve day by day and this will also have an impact in real life, where your reaction times will be much better than before.

Sudoku is one of the games that cannot be played without your full concentration. Without concentrating on the game, you won’t be able to solve the Sudoku puzzles because they require all of your attention. Even when you stop the puzzle in middle for a while and restart after a while then you will have to start thinking from the start. This game improves your concentration and makes you more focus, which is also beneficial and useful for real life too.

Improves your decision making capability

Sudoku puzzle can only be solved when your decisions are correct and you place the numbers at their optimal place; otherwise, you won’t be able to solve the puzzles. When you are new at solving the Sudoku puzzle then you will notice that your decision making and number placing abilities won’t be that good because you are not familiar with the game and haven’t played it that much but once you start solving the puzzle, you will notice that your overall decision-making ability will be improved very much as compared to before when you were new to solving the Sudoku puzzles.
